Updated for 2017 – the big one, the US Coast to Coast Challenge! Los Angeles to New York, travelling 3500 miles, across 15 states including the entire length of Route 66!

Saturday 20 May (Heathrow – Los Angeles)
Event registration and group welcome will take place at our hotel meeting point close by to Heathrow. A midday flight will see us arrive in LA for mid afternoon US Pacific time. All cars will be delivered to our hotel and be made ready for collection as soon as we arrive.
Sunday 21 May (Los Angeles – Las Vegas)
Right – off we go! Heading out of LA on Route 66, we will drive east, before heading north and in to Nevada, driving through the Wild West towards our first destination, Las Vegas. A stunning drive and a culture shock for anybody used to the hustle and bustle of driving on busy European roads. A midday arrival will give us plenty of time to enjoy Sin City!
Monday 22 May (Las Vegas – Flagstaff)
A midday get away is planned as we only have a short drive through Nevada, picking up Route 66 in Arizona on our way to the quaint little mountain town of Flagstaff.
Tuesday 23 May (Flagstaff – Grand Canyon – Albuquerque)
A short drive through the Arizona mountains and on to the Grand Canyon. A helicopter flight has been arranged for everybody – surely the best way to see one of the most stunning attractions in the world? A great afternoon drive out of Arizona and through New Mexico will complete a fantastic day.
Wednesday 24 May (Albuquerque – Amarillo)
Out of New Mexico and in to Texas as we continue on Route 66, arriving in Amarillo for early afternoon. A group steak dinner is planned in the evening at the fantastic Hoffbrau Steakhouse.
Thursday 25 May (Amarillo – Tulsa)
Through Taxas on Route 66 and on to another new state, Oklahoma, and the city of Tulsa. Once more a group dinner has been arranged at the fantastic Oklahoman smoke BBQ restaurant G’s.
Friday 26 May (Tulsa – St Louis)
A definite lanscsape change today as the orange desert roads of the west change to roads with plenty of greenery as we continue north east, driving through Missouri and on to the beautiful city of St Louis.
Saturday 27 May (St Louis – Chicago)
Final day of driving Route 66 as we arrive midday at the great city of Chicago. Everybody will have the opportunity to see what Chicago’s all about prior to a group get together and drinks at our hotel.
Sunday 28 May (Chicago – Indianapolis)
Up and off to Indy! We need to get there early as the race starts at midday. With up to 400,000 fans anticipated, it’s sure to be an amazing experience.
Monday 29 May (Indianapolis – Pittsburgh)
The start of the second week of the CTCC will see us head east and on to the vibrant city of Pittsburgh.
Tuesday 30 May (Pittsburgh – Washington DC)
Up early and off to Washington DC, where we will have the best part of 2 days to see the sights of the nation’s capital.
Wednesday 31 May (Washington DC)
No driving planned today as we spend the day relaxing and re charging our batteries in Washington.
Thursday 1 June (Washington DC – New York)
A short final drive north and on to New York, arriving midday, for the start of 2 days in the world’s most famous city.
Friday 2 June (New York)
We have the full day to spend in New York. Group drinks are planned for the evening to celebrate the conclusion of an epic coast to coast adventure.
Saturday 3 June (New York – Heathrow)
All cars will be collected from our hotel in New York prior to our early evening flight back to the UK.
