Top Gear Live

Previously Top Gear live has run alongside the Classic Motor Show, meaning a full day or two required to take in everything on offer.

This year, Top Gear Live was presented as a standalone show, which gave visitors more time to enjoy the various displays and exhibitors on offer in the main hall, as well as time to take in the main show.

The other major change for 2012 was the combining of the Track performance show, excellently presented by Tiff Needell and Vicki Butler-Henderson, which included various Grudge matches and the Star in a Reasonably priced car, with the main Event, The Clarkson, May and Hammond show. The show showcased the best of Top Gear, with the banter, humour, challenges, supercars and the amazing Deadly 720, a double loop the loop for motorbike, setting yet another Guinness Record at the Show.

Combining the two shows provided over 2 hours of spectacular entertainment, with explosions and some amazing stunt driving, as well as the boys playing sidecar polo!

With Top Gear absent from our TV screens this year, this was an ideal opportunity for all TG fans, to enjoy what is a thoroughly entertaining day out, with the added benefit of static Supercar displays, a special British Touring Car stand and thoroughly entertaining show.

Top Gear Live has developed into a must see annual event for all TG fans, and this year was better than ever
